Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow-up Medicare complaint investigation conducted October 2, 2023, Hospice of Central Pennsylvania was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C &; D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. These deficiencies were cited as a result of a Medicare complaint survey conducted on July 28, 2023.
